Since publishing our minded-to decision and consulting on the draft permit and draft decision document, we have carefully reviewed all the comments and information submitted to us.

We have considered all representations received and assessed whether any new information has been provided that would cause us to reconsider our decision. Having completed this review, we have not identified any new evidence or issues that would change our assessment of the application.

We therefore remain satisfied that the application meets the requirements of the Environmental Permitting Regulations and that the activity can be operated without causing significant pollution of the environment or harm to human health. We will now proceed to issue the permit variation.
