Planning Application
We are pleased to announce that we have submitted our scheme planning application to both Woking and Guildford council’s planning teams. All our submitted comments are available on the council’s planning portals under the references:
Biodiversity and Net Gain
We are continuing with our work to secure the schemes target of 20% Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG). BNG is a new requirement for all development to leave the natural environment in a measurably better state than it was before. We must put in place legal agreements to ensure that the environmental enhancements we create will be managed and monitored for 30 years. This is new and complex and no other project internally or externally has been through the process for us to learn from. However we are making good progress:
