Biodiversity and Net Gain
We are continuing with our work to secure the schemes target of 20% Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG). BNG is a requirement for all development to leave the natural environment in a measurably better state than it was before. We must put in place legal agreements to ensure that the environmental enhancements we create will be managed and monitored for 30 years.
