International Women's Day - 8 March

We are fortunate to work alongside many women whose skills and dedication make a difference every day, strengthening our organisation and the communities we serve.

This day also highlights the importance of supporting girls and women to explore opportunities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths). A diverse, inclusive workforce strengthens our ability to respond to the climate emergency and reduce flood risk. By championing equality and widening access to STEM careers, we can better meet today’s challenges and shape a more resilient future for all.
