- Are you familiar with Property Flood Resilience (PFR) Measures?

- Would you consider getting PFR measures in the future?

Hi @Anita B, I'm unfamiliar with your case and the issue of finding a contractor with the CIWEM qualification. I've contacted our customers and engagement team but they can't seem to find any record of your correspondence. Would you be able to forward the email from Mark Arrowsmith again please, to this email address -

Hi, your letter in the post, dated 11 December 2025, shows the Build Back Better scheme and above PFR. I had my survey done only when I could afford the £800 payment, and I advised you many times that I was unable to find the contractor with CIWEM training. I also forwarded the email from Mark Arrowsmith, who confirmed that such a qualification does not exist. Because my mental health deteriorated, the stress of trying to find a contractor and then never being able to. I'm sure you would have known this. So now, what can you do for me?
