The Business case has been submitted. What's next?

We have submitted the business case for the design and installation phase for Property Flood Resilience to our internal review board. After the business is case is approved we will be able to request further government funding to complete the next phase of the scheme.

We will then arrange a second round of property surveys from Spring 2026 so that our contractors can design Property Flood Resilience measures for each house.
