June 2026: We have appointed Watertight International as our PFR supplier

We submitted a Business Case which has now been approved. This approval releases funding to continue enabling us to start work.

• We have instructed our framework contractor to start the detailed design work

Our Framework Contractor is Watertight International; this is a leading UK-based flood resilience specialist and an approved Environment Agency PFR framework provider.

• Watertight need to complete a survey to confirm which PFR products are required to protect your home.

Over the next couple of weeks, residents will receive a letter from Watertight inviting them to book an appointment for a “Detailed Design” survey.

Residents will need to confirm a date and time for this survey with the Watertight team.

This project is supported by government funding, so there will be no cost to you for the survey.

There is no obligation for you to accept any PFR products following the survey.

• Following the survey, the Environment Agency will consult with residents about which products can be supplied.
