Autumn Maintenance Work Complete

We are pleased to announce that the autumn maintenance work recently carried out on Mill Dam Dyke is now complete.

Maintenance activities completed include:

Grass cutting on the embankments
In channel weed cutting
Channel side hedge cutting

Our next scheduled maintenance on Mill Dam Dyke will be in the spring
Please keep an eye out for the update closer the time.

Although maintenance on Mill Dam Dyke has now been completed for this financial year, our involvement with the watercourse continues. Our operational teams will undertake monthly inspections of the pointing doors near the A1133 and will respond to any reports of blockages or issues over the winter period, taking appropriate action where required.
