    What has happened to the Visit Anglian Waterways website?

    The website has closed and visitors will be redirected to relevant GOV.UK content.

    What has happened to the Northampton Marina website?

    The website has closed and visitors will be redirected to the relevant GOV.UK page.

    Is the River Medway website closing?

    No. The River Medway website will continue to operate.

    However, Environment Agency navigation information for the River Medway is now only available on GOV.UK as responsibility for managing the River Medway website will transfer away from the Environment Agency on 30 September 2026.

    What about River Thames information?

    River Thames information is already on GOV.UK and remains unchanged.

    Do I need to do anything?

    No. Existing users will be redirected where appropriate.

    However, you may wish to update any saved bookmarks to the new GOV.UK pages.
