Why are the embankments upstream of Tallington Road Bridge not included in the project?
The embankments upstream of Tallington Road Bridge are not included in this project because they do not form part of the Maxey Cut. We are looking into other options for upstream of Tallington Road Bridge, funding dependent.
The project is utilising my land. Can I claim compensation?
You may be able to apply for compensation if your land is being used for construction access for the project or if you lose land due to the extension of the banks.
If you believe you are eligible to receive compensation please email LNenquiries@environment-agency.gov.uk providing the reason you believe you are due compensation and evidence and justification as to why you believe you are due compensation. Please include 'Maxey Cut' in the subject line of your email.
