"The Lowdham Flood Action Group is a community-based organization focused on addressing the risks of flooding in the area. Lowdham has experienced significant flooding over the years, prompting residents to form the group to respond to the threat and advocate for solutions."

NCC are the Lead Local Flooding Authority (LLFA). They lead in managing local flood risks, i.e. risk of flooding from surface water, ground water and Ordinary Watercourses whereas Main Rivers are managed by the Environment Agency.

Newark & Sherwood District council are the local planning authority (LPA) in the area where the site is based. You can view the planning portal for the project online.
