	We have had the opportunity to use new innovative techniques with the spider excavator at Kings avenue to carry out the steel sheet piling works, this has enabled us to stay on programme with the works despite the weather conditions

	In March, we hosted an event at Rye Rugby Club for residents of Kings Avenue to receive a presentation on the current works that were specific to the rear of their properties.
