South West Water's hearing adjourned

We have been notified that the initial hearing in the Exmouth Burst Rising Main case has been adjourned from 14 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

South West Water made an application for this hearing to be adjourned, we opposed this request, however, the Court has granted the request, and the hearing will now take place on 31 March 2027 at Exeter Magistrates Court.
