The Environment Agency is not able to disclose the details of staff from external bodies and its own staff as this is personal data under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and to disclose it would breach the First Data Protection Principle of the DPA 2018. Personal data, such as individuals’ names, has been redacted from the CARs. Otherwise this information is provided under the Open Government Licence(External link) which explains its permitted use.
